Family support
While you're deployed, you can extend the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to your families. What's more, qualified employees and service members can also extend Family Medical Leave Coverage.
Tuition reimbursement
We invest in your future. When you're a qualified employee of Trane Technologies, you can reach your educational goals or pursue new ones with our tuition reimbursement program.
Volunteer time
Many veteran and military groups are not-for-profit organizations. As an employee of Trane Technologies, you are entitled to up to 8 hours of paid time to volunteer for qualified organizations.
Military leave
For Reservists and the National Guard, we align to the SSCRA and USERRA. You can continue to serve for up to five years, earn your full pay during your two-week annual training, and receive generous continuation of gap pay and benefits when called up for Federal Duty.
The Veterans Employee Resource Group (VERG) enables our people to share similar life experiences, offer support and create connections. Open to anyone, the group is the perfect way for our people to share stories and create deeper connection through community.
