Getting back into the workforce can be challenging. That’s why we developed ReLaunch – a 12-week, paid "returnship" opportunity for experienced professionals who have taken a voluntary break from their careers and are ready to put their passion and expertise back to work.

About the ReLaunch Program Participants receive professional development, mentoring, training and networking opportunities across the company. Senior team members guide participants through meaningful and challenging projects with environmentally responsible products and services that are tied to our role as a global climate innovator.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience
  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • Voluntary career break for 1+ years
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in returning to a full-time role in engineering, supply chain, or IT (Agile PM/Embedded Software/Data Science)
  • Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
