Co-ops
Our Co-op program (typically 6-9 month full-time assignments) will introduce you to the operations of an entry-level engineer while leading multiple projects end-to-end. Through the program, you will gain a deep understanding of engineering roles and responsibilities. Engineering focus areas include:

Accelerated Development Program (ADP)
This 2-2.5 year program provides you with broad exposure to company operations and senior leaders across several locations. You'll rotate among functions and average two separate locations to work in. ADP admits recent graduates with a bachelor's degree minimum in one of the following functions:

- Engineering (mechanical, electrical or computer engineering)
- Operations (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, supply chain management, industrial management or industrial distribution)
- Information Technology
- Analytics & Data Science

Graduate Training Program (GTP)
Our Graduate Training Program provides intensive technical, business, and leadership training, with an emphasis on maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
Career Path: Full-time role with emphasis on leadership development
- Technical Sales GTP will hone your skills by applying your engineering knowledge to the sale of technical systems. It further develops your technical engineering skills while developing your expertise in sales and account management.
- Energy Engineer GTP offers challenging work assignments focused on energy audits, energy conservation measures, developing client presentations, and shadowing the best energy experts in the world.
- Contracting Project Management GTP develops your technical project management skill-set and instills confidence in your ability to provide creative insights for resolving customer or team issues.
