Robert joined Trane Technologies in 1992 without knowing what a centrifugal chiller was. Thirty years later, he's one of 13 expert trainers at the ATTC, helping train the next generation of technician talent on the next generation of HVAC technology.

After 10 years in the Army, Sheldon joined the Technician Apprenticeship Program, our four-year, earn-as-you-learn path into HVAC. Now, he's responsible for our HVAC systems in Florida schools, helping ensure comfortable classrooms in his community.
