Mental Health Matters At Trane Technologies, every part of your wellness -- including mental and physical health -- matters. As an employee, you and your family have access to our Employee Assistance Program, regardless of your medical plan. You'll receive eight free counseling sessions per topic per year to help you whenever you have need. Our partner also offers well-being webinars and other services like financial and legal connect to support you during life's tough moments.
Global Be Well Challenge Our annual Be Well Challenge encourages you and your eligible family members to earn Wellbeing Minutes (activity-tracking points) by taking everything from yoga to cooking classes to mindfulness exercises. At the end of the challenge, employees with the most Wellbeing Minutes receive special prizes.
Be Well Platform (U.S. only) Our Be Well wellness program and platform offers U.S. employees and eligible family members the opportunity to participate in a broad variety of activities to earn significant financial rewards. The program includes a physical activity program, health coaching, fitness reimbursement, company challenges and more. Employees must be enrolled in our medical plan to participate.
Volunteerism Giving back is central to our culture, and our people are simply the best when it comes to volunteerism. That's why we set an ambitious 2030 goal of donating 500,000 global employee volunteer hours to programs that support our corporate citizenship strategy. All eligible global and salaried employees also receive one full day (8 hours) of paid time off per a calendar year to volunteer with non-profit charitable organizations.
